Biography:
Fine music, just like fine wine, must be well seasoned. The Ralph Butler
Band is just that. Ralph Butler consistently labeled as “public entertainer
number one” has over 20 years of experience in entertainment and a
built-in following in the St. Louis area that grows with each engagement.
The band, like its singer, is a group of versatile veterans who take pride
in the quality of their performance.
Ralph Butler’s popularity continues to grow as a rapid pace proven
by his 10-year streak of winning St. Louis Magazine’s and the River
Front Times’ prestigious “Best Male Vocalist” awards,
as with any talented creative force, one cannot categorize the Ralph Butler
Band or their music. A performance by this versatile group means experiencing
the energy level created by a dynamic vocalist with the musical repertoire
that ranges from Bob Marley to Bobby Darin to Bette Midler. No one wants
to come and hear the same style of music all night,” says Ralph. “I
throw in a little jazz, some reggae, and a few pop tunes. Music changes
mood, and it’s important to remember that the audience likes to her
those changes.” From major corporate events for such clients as Anheuser-Busch,
Ralston Purina, and Miller Brewing Company to private parties, wedding receptions,
and popular nightclub engagements, thousands of people have tuned into the
unique style of the Ralph Butler band. Like the taste of fine wine, Ralph
Butler makes any event unforgettable.
